FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., (January 19th, 2021) – First National Capital Corporation announced the successful completion of its financial support initiative for the Orangewood Foundation during the 2020 holiday season. As part of their ongoing charitable activities and commitment to community involvement, First National Capital conducted a charitable giving and community participation program for employees to support causes they are passionate about.
The Orangewood Foundation helps almost 2,000 foster and community youth annually prepare for independent adulthood. Over the course of the holiday season and throughout the year, the First National Capital team raised over $38,000 which included a company match and participation from 27 employees. First National’s CEO and Founder, Keith Duggan stated, “Helping people doesn’t end with what we do for our customers. It extends to what we do in the community. Since we’ve launched our employee directed philanthropic efforts, we’ve been able to increase the impact of our giving by aligning those efforts with the passions of our people. Orangewood represents a mission a cause we are all enthusiastic about.”
