- Client, who had a balloon coming up on an aircraft, had reduced income for several years from engagement as the lead attorney for plaintiffs in a multi-billion dollar class action suit against the US Government involving contaminated water on military bases in the SE US.

- The deal was presented to the current lien holder on the aircraft at both an increased rate and fee tailored to the debt source and First National Capital, which, the client was happy to accept.
